Let’s just say that when it comes to Valentine’s Day – I’m not a fan.If it wasn’t for this catering gig, there’s no way on earth I’d be out at a Valentine’s Day party. But here I am, smiling, and serving food in a ballroom covered with red tablecloths and way too many roses.
