Her characters are 3d, and her hard sci-fi setting is researched impeccably. Novella-length book one, "Point of no return," serves as an introduction, constructing the hooks that power future volumes and ramping up the tension and mystery.

This novel doesn't mess around with expository, just jumps right into the action like entertainment should. When new delightful characters are introduced, I bond with them too. Masterfully written prose, graceful and urgent.
Claudia Cabriati keeps you on your toes as you follow her through the book. Well written and real page turner.
Everyone has a past. Everyone has memories good and bad. Claudia Cabriati has no memory of her first eight years of life. Some things are etched in memory such as the stench of death. Claudia smells death in her apartment. The odour evokes memories of her Papa and Nona and a time she was called Carina. The past is best forgotten until conspiracy and murder brings it back.
You won't be bored even for a second with this riveting tale of murder and frightening things. I enjoyed it from cover to cover.
This sounds fabulous, looking forward to it.
