Description
She showed him no mercy, so he returned the favor...Upon arriving at his home planet of Pacifica, Jere Kondrake was arrested and charged with serial adultery, based on false allegations made by his wife, Charis.
Now he faces a horrific and humiliating death penalty, and has only a week to prove his innocence beyond a shadow of a doubt. His lawyer and family work feverishly to prove his innocence and, in the process, learn of a conspiracy involving Charis, her lover, and her father, the powerful Provincial Justice Minister.
They had all plotted to use the justice system to murder Jere and steal all of his assets. Do they succeed? Does Jere prevail, or will he be publicly humiliated and fed to ravenous fish?
